Article in the March 1999 issue of Delaware Today magazine about the renovation and revival of the Capitol Theater in Dover, Delaware. Built in 1904, when Vaudeville was at its peak, the Capitol was a Dover landmark that had fallen on hard times. After the renovation it became the Schwartz Center For The Performing Arts and has become a landmark once again.
